Solution-focused practice is also known as solution-focused brief therapy or brief therapy; it is an approach to psychotherapy based on solution-building rather than problem-solving. 

While it acknowledges present problems and past causes, Solution Focus predominantly explores an individual's current resources and future hopes, helping you to look forward and use your own capabilities to achieve your goals.

One to One Sessions


I offer one to one sessions with clients to create real, long-lasting change. You may be struggling with something, perhaps feeling stuck or low and are having difficulties making changes in your life. I offer a safe, professional and confidential space where together, we can create positive change.


Based near Bath, in Box, I can meet clients at my home office, or if preferred in their own homes or workplaces. In addition I offer solution-focused walking therapy sessions where we can walk and talk.

Providing individual or group support for students co-creating a preferred future and learning what can be different by using their existing skills, strategies and ideas. 


Working with schools and organisations running assemblies and staff training to support staff and student wellbeing.
